3. Custom Metalwork Commissions
3.1 Project Agreement
For custom metal fabrication, artistic metal sculpture, and architectural ironwork commissions, a detailed project agreement will be drafted. This agreement will outline the scope of work, materials, timeline, agreed-upon cost, and payment schedule. No work will commence until this agreement is signed and a deposit has been received.
3.2 Design and Approval
Clients are involved in the design process to ensure the final product meets their vision. Galleon Metals will provide design drafts and require client approval at key stages. Revisions beyond an agreed number may incur additional charges.
3.3 Delivery and Installation
Delivery and installation terms will be specified in the project agreement. While Galleon Metals takes all reasonable care in packaging and shipping, we are not responsible for damage incurred during transit by third-party carriers.
